Mongolian Beef How To By diycuisinee

Mongolian Beef(Chinese Recipe)

Ingredients:-
·             Brown sugar                     1tsb
·         Oil                                     3tbsp
·         Ginger                               2inch Piece
·         green onion                       1tbsp (for garnish)
·         All purpose flour               3tbsp
·         Soya Sauce                        2tbsp
·         Beef                                   100g
·         Garlic                                 1tsb
·         Red Chilli Flak                  1/2tsp
·         Chicken Stock or Water    1/2cup

Instructions:-
         Cut the beef to 1’’ thin strips and coat with all purpose flour.
·         In a hot pan add 2tbsp oil and cook the beef (to your liking) when ready take it and keep it on side.
·         In the same pan add the remaining oil and garlic and cook for 30sec. Then add the remaining items and then add the cooked beef and cook until the sauce is thickened.
·         Take it out in serving plate and dress with rice or naan bread garnish with green onion .
