Thai Chicken Cake Recipe
Inngredients:-

  • Chicken                                               200 G
  • Green Coriander                                 1     Teaspoon
  • Red chilli flake                                     1/2  Teaspoon
  • Garlic                                                   1     Teaspoon
  • Green chilli                                          1      Medium 
  • Ginger                                                  1     Teaspoon
  • Green onion                                         1.5  Teaspoon
  • Lime                                                     1     Wages  
  • White onion                                          1     Medium
  • Sweet Chilli Sauce                               3     Tablespoon
  • White pepper Powder                          1/2   Teaspoon
  • Salt                                                              To Taste

Direction:-
                To make chicken cakes add all the ingredients except chilli sauce and lime to a mixer And blend till a fine mixer and  keep the mixer in a chiller and rest for 10 minutes.
To shape the chicken cake spread little oil on a plate and make round shape balls and press firmly to a make tyre shape and keep it in a plate and do the same with all the mixer. Add little oil to a hot pan and cook your chicken cakes for 3 to 5 minutes each side on medium to low heat when done garnish to your liking and serve with Sweet chilli sauce and lime.
