Menstrual Cramps Relief Tea
Full Recipe:---
This Recipe Makes 1 one cup.
Cinnaman Stick(Darchinni) 1 stick
Carom Seeds(Ajwine) 1 tsp
Fennel Seeds(Sanuof) 1 tsp
Cardamum pot(Elaichi) 1 pot
Sugar(chinni) 1 Tsbp
Lemon Grass Tea 1 tbsp
Water 1 glass
Direction:--
In a pan add water and put all the ingredients together and bring the mixture to a boil and let it simmer for 3 minutes.
when ready strain the tea and enjoy .
Note:-- Green Tea can be used instead of lemon grass tea.
