2 Arm Roasts
8 Chuck Roasts
1 Pot Roast
1-2 Rump Roast
1 Heel of Round
2 Sirloin Tip Roast (no steaks)
(13 to 15 Roast Total)

Note: 35% to 45% Waste: (bones and fat)
depending on how much you have deboned.

7% Hamburger
30% Roast
20% Steaks
15% Other Cuts including
the organ meats.
