How To Make Almond Milk (Dairy Milk substitute)

This is a Great Substitute of Dairy milk also good for Vegans who have Dietary Problems .





Ingredients:--

Almond    1cup

Dates        2 pieces

Salt           1 Pinch

Water        4cups

Procedure:--

Soak almonds in water over night . Then strain soaked almonds and put then in a blender along with dates water and salt and blend them together for three minutes . Now strain your milk with tea strain and musculan cloth .



Tip :-

you can use left over almonds in cakes and pastries .

Peach Sorbet 2 Ingredients



Ingredients:--

Peach                           3
Condensed milk           100ml



Procedure:--


Cut peach into chunks and put them in a freezer for 4 hours. 
Now add peach and condensed milk into a blender and blend until there are no chunks left .
If you want it hard serve keep it in freezer for another 3 hours .

Vanilla Ice Cream in 5 minutes(No machine)



Ingredients:--
Milk                     1     Cup
Cream                  1     Cup
Sugar                   1/2  Cup
Vanilla flavour     1/2 Teaspoon

For Ice Cream maker
Salt                       1/2 Half Cup
Ice                        1 Bag
Zip lock bag         2bags

Procedure:--
To make ice cream mix all the ingredients and mix gently and pour it in to the small bag and seal tight.
put ice along with half a cup of salt in another bag and then pun your ice cream bag in to the ice bag then add more ice on top and seal the whole lot and wrap it in a cloth and shake well for 5 minutes or more for hard serve .
take out your bag of ice cream and put it in serving bowl and garnish with choice of your nuts or chocolate .

Mix every thing in a blender and blend

Ingredients:--

curry powder           1Tablespoon

fennel seed              2Tablespoon

salt                           Accordinglly

chilli flake               1Teaspoon

Tamarind Water       1Cup

black pepper            1Teaspoon

garlic                       3 Tablespoon 1Tablespoon for cooking and 2 Tablespoon for water to fish in.

onion                       1/2Cup

Oil                           1/4 Cup

VINEGAR              2Tablespoon for water

lemon juice             1 teaspoon

Chopped tomato     1 1/2 Cup one and half cup



Procedure:--



I HAD SOAKED MY FISH INTO VINEGAR GARLIC MIXED WATER FOR LITTLE WHILE AND THEN DRAINED.WHAT THIS ACCTUALLY DOES IS REMOVES THE SMELL AND ABSERVE THE FLAVOUR OF AND GARIC AND TANGYNESS OF VINEGAR.NOW IN A WOK ADD OIL GARLIC AND ONION AND SAUTE THEM UNTIL THEY ARE LIGHT GOLDEN BROWN AND THEN ADD CHOPPED TOMATOS AND REST OF THE MASALAS AND COOK FOR WHILE AND FINALLY ADD TAMARIND WATER AND FISH AND LET IT COOKED LID ON ON HIGH HEAT MEAN WHILE WHILE KEEP STIRING WITH INTERWALS. WHEN THE SAUCE STARTS TO THINKEND AND OIL FLOATS ON ON TOP IT MEANS THAT CURRY IS COOKED . NOW GARNISH WITH COPPED CORIANDER AND AND GINGER . NOW TAKE IT OF THE HEAT AND ADD IN TO A SERVING PLATE GARNISH WITH SOME CORIANDER AND GINGER SERVE WITH NAN BREAD OR RICE OF YOUR YOUR CHOICE . Japanese Style Deep Fried Shrimp

"Shrimps are seasoned and coated with crispy panko crumbs to make the easiest, tastiest deep-fried shrimp ever!"

Ingredients:-


1 pound medium shrimp, peeled (tails left on) and deveined
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon ground black pepper
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 cup all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon paprika
2 eggs, beaten
1 cup panko crumbs
vegetable oil for frying

Direction:--

  1. Place the shrimp in a bowl and season with salt, pepper and garlic powder. In a small bowl, stir together the flour and paprika. Place eggs and panko crumbs into separate bowls.
  2. Heat the oil in a deep-fryer or deep skillet to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C). Dip each shrimp into the flour mixture, then into the egg, and finally into the panko crumbs to coat. Fry a few at a time until golden brown. This should take no longer than 5 minutes or until they are golden brown. Remove with a slotted spoon and serve choice of your own sauce .EnJoy
