This is a Great Substitute of Dairy milk also good for Vegans who have Dietary Problems .
Ingredients:--
Almond 1cup
Dates 2 pieces
Salt 1 Pinch
Water 4cups
Procedure:--
Soak almonds in water over night . Then strain soaked almonds and put then in a blender along with dates water and salt and blend them together for three minutes . Now strain your milk with tea strain and musculan cloth .
Tip :-
you can use left over almonds in cakes and pastries .
