Fish Curry in 10 Minutes

Ingredients:--

curry powder           1Tablespoon

fennel seed              2Tablespoon

salt                           Accordinglly

chilli flake               1Teaspoon

Tamarind Water       1Cup

black pepper            1Teaspoon

garlic                       3 Tablespoon 1Tablespoon for cooking and 2 Tablespoon for water to fish in.

onion                       1/2Cup

Oil                           1/4 Cup

VINEGAR              2Tablespoon for water

lemon juice             1 teaspoon

Chopped tomato     1 1/2 Cup one and half cup



Procedure:--



I HAD SOAKED MY FISH INTO VINEGAR GARLIC MIXED WATER FOR LITTLE WHILE AND THEN DRAINED.WHAT THIS ACCTUALLY DOES IS REMOVES THE SMELL AND ABSERVE THE FLAVOUR OF AND GARIC AND TANGYNESS OF VINEGAR.NOW IN A WOK ADD OIL GARLIC AND ONION AND SAUTE THEM UNTIL THEY ARE LIGHT GOLDEN BROWN AND THEN ADD CHOPPED TOMATOS AND REST OF THE MASALAS AND COOK FOR WHILE AND FINALLY ADD TAMARIND WATER AND FISH AND LET IT COOKED LID ON ON HIGH HEAT MEAN WHILE WHILE KEEP STIRING WITH INTERWALS. WHEN THE SAUCE STARTS TO THINKEND AND OIL FLOATS ON ON TOP IT MEANS THAT CURRY IS COOKED . NOW GARNISH WITH COPPED CORIANDER AND AND GINGER . NOW TAKE IT OF THE HEAT AND ADD IN TO A SERVING PLATE GARNISH WITH SOME CORIANDER AND GINGER SERVE WITH NAN BREAD OR RICE OF YOUR YOUR CHOICE .
