Fried Caprese Tomato Bombs By diycuisinee
Ingredients:-
Mushrooms 5 buttons
Mozzrilla Cheese 40 gram
Basil & oregano herbs 1/2 Teaspoon
Salt 1/2 Teaspoon
white Pepper powder 1/2 Teaspoon
Jalapenos 2 medium size
Tomatos 2 medium size
Eggs 1 beaten
All purpose Flour 1/2 Cup
Italian Crumbs 1/2 Cup
Oil for deep frying 1 Kg depends on the pan can be less.
Procedures:-

Using an apple corer or melon baller, gently scoop out the centers of the tomatoes and discard. Push into each hollowed tomato, being careful not to rip the tomatoes.

To make filling gently chop mushroom,jalapenos and cheese then add some herbs and season with salt and pepper and mix together well. Then fill the tomato's with jalapeno and cheese filling.

Pour the all purpose flour in a shallow bowl. Pour the breadcrumbs in another. In a third shallow bowl, beat the eggs . Dip the tomatoes into the flour and roll to coat, and then dip them into the egg mixture. Roll the tomatoes in the breadcrumbs to coat. Repeat the egg and breadcrumb coatings a second time.

Heat your fryer on medium and cook your tomato bombs on low to medium heat turning, until golden brown all over. Using a slotted spoon, transfer tomatoes to a paper towel-lined plate. Put Some additional cheese on top of each half and put them under the salamander just to let the cheese melted.

Serve the tomatoes while warm with ketchup or choice of your chutney.
