"CHARGA" Roast Chicken By Diycuisinee

"CHARGA" Roast Chicken

Ingredients! 1ts full salt,
1 ½ ts full chilli powder, ginger ½ inch, 4-5 cloves of garlic, and little  food colour. Whole black pepper ½ ts, 15-20
cloves, 2 black cardamom, 2 small pieces of cinnamon and 1 1/2ts cumin seeds.
1cup Greek style or normal yogurt. 1kg chicken.
Procedure:--
Add
spices and yogart and in a blender and make a paste
Mark
cuts on the whole chicken and coat it with marination and to make sure put the
marination in the cuts as well.
Leave
the chicken marinated for minimum two hours or overnight .
Now in
a non stick pan add the chicken with little oil and cover the pan and cook for
5 minutes on low heat covered .
After
cooking for 5 minutes put it up side down and cook again the same way for
another 5 minutes when chicken leaves the bone then is the time to take it off
the heat .
In a
hot oil fry your chicken for 3 minutes each side when its get crispy on the
skin take it out and garnish with some onion rings coriander leaves and lemon
wages
Serve
this with Raita , chutney and Nan Bread.
Tip:--  If you like it spicy you can serve it with
peri peri sauce.
