Dum ka Qeema Or Dumpukth

Dum pukht or slow oven cooking is a cooking technique but i have simplified it through normal cooking procedure and used a technique which char coal is used to give a dum pukth touch to the recipe. its one of my favorite dish when family or friends are around  .The best thing about this recipe is it can be  ready in under 30 minutes.

Ingredients:--
Nigela seed(kalwangi)        1 tablespoon
Red chilli powder                1 tablespoon
All spices(garam masala)    1 tablespoon
Garlic Crushed(lahsan)        1 tablespoon
fenugric leaves(methi)        1 tablespoon
Black cardamum(ilachi)       2 piece
Cloves(loong)                     8 piece
Tumeric powder(haldi)        1/2 teaspoon
Salt                                    1 Teaspoon
Oil                                      100 gram
tomatos                               150 gram
Onion                                  2 medium
Mince mutton(qeema)           600 gram
Procedure:--
In a pan add Onion and mince and cook on low heat for about 5 minutes. when the onion are sweatend and the mince starts to change colour then add garlic and all the spices and cook for 5 minutes and then add the tomatos and cook until the tomatos are cooked and there is no smell the meat. Then add the oil to give it a shine and if you want mince to be bit gravy type then you can add little water and little bit more and to finish it of add choped Green chillies and after cooking 30 more seconds take it off from the heat and put it in a serving bowl and garnish with chillies, coriander and ginger. To make it Dum pukth add a inlighted piece of charcoal in the middle of a bowl add some oil on top of charcoal and cover it with foil for one minute then remove the foil and charcoal and serve with choice of your roti and chatney.
