Green tea ,pears, ginger root smoothie
This recipe will Serve: 2
With this recipe you can get greens all in one.
1 Pear, chopped skin on
1/4
cup raisins or dried mulberries
1 teaspoon of fresh minced gingerroot
1 large handful chopped romaine lettuce
1 tablespoon hemp seeds
1 cup unsweetened brewed green tea, cooled
10 ice cubes
Place all the ingredients except the ice in a Blender, and process until smooth and creamy. Add the ice and process again.
Drink chilled.
