Ingredients :-
For caramelized onions
1 Onion
1 Tsb sugar
1 Tsb Butter
3 Tbs Balsamic vinegar
For Tuna filling :-
75 grams tuna chunks
1/2 tbsp black pepper crushed
1 Tomato
2 Tbs Ice burg
2 Tbs Mayonnaise
salt to taste
Procedure :--
In a hot pan add butter and chopped onion and saute for 1 minute then add sugar and balsamic vinegar & cook until the onions are changes and colour and vinegar is reduced . Let it rest for 10 minutes to cool down .
In a bowl add tuna , mayonnaise ,black pepper , salt and mix well .
Now spread the filling on to the bread of your choice then put caramelized onion on top and then cut a tomato and ice burg address them to finish the sandwich .
