Cinnamon Apple SuperGreen Smoothie
This recipe will Serve: 1
Did you heard  “An apple a day keeps the doctor away” With this healthy smoothie recipe you can meet your daily apple quote.
1 frozen banana, cut into bite-sized pieces
1 organic Granny Smith apple, cored and chopped . skin on
1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
1 large handful baby spinach
1 cup cold water
2 to 3 pitted dates
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
1/8 teaspoon nutmeg
8  Ice cubes
Place all the ingredients except the ice in a Food Processor, and process until smooth and creamy. Add the ice and process again. Drink chilled.
