This is so refreshing super hydrator Recipe that will refuel you after a heavy workout or for taking to the beach in humid hot day.
as you know the watermelon has heavy lycopene content in it witch actually helps protects your skin from sunburn.
Ingredients:--
2 cups cubed seedless watermelon
1 whole cucumber, peeled, seeded, and coarsely
chopped
1 large handful chopped kale
3 tablespoons fresh lime juice
1/4
cup chopped fresh mint
1/4
cup chopped fresh basil
1 cup ice cubes
Place the watermelon and cucumber in a Blender, and
process until smooth and creamy. Add the remaining ingredients and process
again. Drink chilled.
